The Multi-Dimensional Thieves' Guild
Written by Joel Finch, I believe this to be the best text adventure ever written. Featuring, in the revised edition, a graphical interface and SVGA pictures. Home to the Goosebury Bros.
With never-failing humour and 4 years of playing time, this game cannot be ignored!
The Revised Edition
The old version (with hints)
The Secret of Monkey Island
An old, yet very playable EGA adventure game. Probably one of the first and funniest. This game has inspired us for years, and has 3 yet more coming sequels. You play Guybrush Threepwood, a boy intent on becoming a pirate. Simple story, boy meets girl, ghost steals girl, boy kills ghost.
If you haven't played it yet I recommend it.
Download coming soon.
Monkey Island 2: Lechuck's revenge
The sequel to The Secret of Monkey Island. Just as funny, ludricous and yet cramming down puns as fast as the last. Still taking the monkey out of everything else.
It's another classic.
Download it here soon.
ZZT
Nobody actually know what this stands more, but nobody cares.
Imagine ASCII art, but animated, but controllable.
That's ZZT!
You play a smilie face, doomed to walk around interacting with other ASCII symbols.
With PC speaker sound, the house of blues rocks the boat!
Boy, I can't wait!
Megazeux
Not long after Tim Sweeney finished ZZT we wanted a new version with more features.
Now including better music and a more detailed programming language, this is a ZZTer's heaven!
Why haven't I played this before?
